Free Book Friday: Goodies!!!

Jul
13

After breakfast with my editor, I stopped by a couple of the publisher-hosted free booksignings and, like a glutton who can’t stop, loaded up on free autographed books until I was staggering and couldn’t hold any more in my arms.

I got signed books from authors such as Gena Showalter (left) and….

Tara Taylor Quinn!

Stephanie Bond!

Katherine Garbera!

Kat Martin!

Caridad Pineiro!

(L-R) Jess Michaels, Toni Blake, Sylvia Day!

And guess what? They are all for you. Over the coming weeks, I’ll be giving away autographed books from these and more authors, along with some unsigned books I picked up in the RWA Goody Room, plus all kinds of fun promotional items from a variety of romance authors–magnets, pens, clips, buttons, drink huggies, all kinds of fun stuff!

Let’s start off with an autographed copy of Cross My Heart by Carly Phillips (pictured left)! Drop a note here, let me know you want it, and I’ll pick a random comment number on Monday to win! And come back over the following weeks because there is more, more, more to give away!!
:snoopy:

Also coming next week: Tonight I’ll be attending the big party Harlequin puts on for its authors every year–this year’s party is in the fabulous Fairmont Hotel. I’ll virtually take you with me, posting photos from the Harlequin party next week, plus pictures from tomorrow night’s Rita and Golden Heart Awards bash!

The Slanted Little House

"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia. The farmhouse was one hundred years old, there was already snow on the ground, and the heat was sparse-—as was the insulation. The floors weren’t even, either. My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, “You’ve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....
