A special Free Book Friday! I’m giving away an autographed copy of the beautiful and Perky! Michelle Willingham’s first book, Her Irish Warrior!
I’ve known Michelle since she was a teenager and she has been exhausting me ever since. She can bake two dozen cupcakes for one of her kids’ class parties, plant a hedge, write 10 pages, then when she’s all done (by 8 am) trot off to teach a hundred sixth graders. At RWA conferences, she’s the one putting on Winnie-the-Pooh jammies at midnight to run off to the eHarlequin pajama party while the rest of us are flopping on the bed. Which explains why we call her Perky! Michelle.
Actually, we think there are six of her because otherwise we can’t explain her. If she wasn’t so adorable, we might shoot her.
Here’s Michelle in all her fabulous, head-turning glory dancing the night away at the Harlequin party in New York City a couple years ago. Is she cute or what?
Michelle is giving away an autographed copy of my first Haven book, Secrets Rising, on her blog today so visit there for a chance to win that book, and drop a comment here to win Her Irish Warrior. And don’t forget to look for her new book, The Warrior’s Touch, in stores NOW!!
Have a fabulous weekend!! (Drawing on Monday!)

"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia. The farmhouse was one hundred years old, there was already snow on the ground, and the heat was sparse-—as was the insulation. The floors weren’t even, either. My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, “You’ve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....
