In Texas we had cold (for us) weather, and now back in the low 70's. We even cooked out last night! BTW, it may sound corny, but I believe old houses have their own heart. When my husband and I were looking at houses, our house whispered "you're home" to me as soon as I peeked through the front window. Though I often joked it was the most backwards place and I still tell stories like getting a license took two trips to the DMV b/c the camera traveled around and was only available on certain days of the week. As the WV license plate slogan reads Wild and Wonderful - it is just that. I still carry images of beautiful WV tucked in my mind - I lived in WV years ago – and LOVED it.
