I just wanted to come by and tell you that I have searched high and low for a chocolate self saucing pudding, that used basic ingredients (no requiring chocolate), and that didn't involve a whole lot of work (no butter creaming and all that nonsense). This is, HANDS DOWN, the BEST self saucing chocolate pudding there is!! I have tried many recipes only to be bitterly disappointed in all of them. This is both rich AND chocolatey with a really nice sauce (so many are little more than cocoa flavoured water). I can't even count the number of times I have cooked this, for both my family, and myself - LOL. Who would have thought that I would find the ideal recipe from someone in the US, where they don't even make "puddings" as we know them? Not me!!
