Thinking Like You’re 12

I was glad yesterday that I wasn’t the Princess because there were so many fabulous and even hilarious name ideas for the Psycho Chick!! It was so much fun to read them all. The Princess did her homework after school

And then all evening long. She was waffling back and forth over several. At 10 PM, I told her she had to make a decision. Having seen “300″ (the movie), she was swayed by the image of our feisty chick as an epic warrior, and so……

“He looks like he is permanently ticked off! But for some reason Spartacus came to mind?”

(Annette! Email me!)

Meet Spartacus. Who may or may not be happy about the spectacle made of him yesterday.

“Prepare to die.”

Watch out for another “regular” giveaway, and I want to give you a head’s up about a special “backwards” giveaway. Whenever I feel like it (LOL), I will blindly stick my finger at my calendar to pick a day, then do a random number generator, and go back to that day’s post in the month and find that comment number. That commenter will receive a $50 Amazon gift certificate. That means every comment on every daily post enters you in the random “backwards” giveaway even if it’s not a “regular” giveaway day. You have to be here and see your name called out, though, so you can respond by emailing me. I’m not organized enough to hunt you down. Just saying.

My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, “You’ve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....
