I do it in the crock pot. I cannot wait to get my calendar! To console myself, I went and got your book at the grocery store today. I'm glad I did! It was the last one! The other book racks were full, but yours was definitely the popular one! They did an excellent job on the cover guy ;) I am so thrilled to see your name so HUGE too! I think I will go get the other copy for my Mother in law. I don't want to loan my copy out! Maybe I'll get it signed by the author someday! :D Oh and my husband and I were talking about you today when I got the book, and he asked if you were doing any other books. He loves your writing style and wonders why you don't just take your blogs and put them into a book and sell it. Good idea! My hubs received his diploma in the mail a few years ago, the mailperson left it next to the mailbox, rather than bring it to the door, where it slid into the road and was almost run over. *sigh* The pork roast looks lovely! I just got a crock pot and this recipe does sound really good. And talking about lazy - do you think I can just add some of those dried cranberries near the end of cooking??
