Beautiful

Jan
22

My little woman turns 13 today. I hope that I can get my car down the driveway so that I can bring her home. I want to bake her chocolate cake and homemade pizza (in that order). I want to tell her that I like her and love her and that when I was her age, I wanted to be just like her.

And that she can steal all the clothes from me she wants if she promises to stay 13 forever.

My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, “You’ve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....
