I made these for my kids on Sunday morning for breakfast! I used diced apple in place of the raisins and toasted my pecans before adding them to the cinnamon mixture. Yummy!!!!

I am SO making these for Christmas morning! We will be in a little German village at a rented house for the holiday, and these will be the perfect easy treat to make in a little kitchen! I will measure out everything and take ziplocs in my suitcase!

So, it wasn’t the smell of these that got the kids up and out of bed, no, it was the smoke alarm going off when the extra sugar started burning on the pan! Ooops…..guess I shouldn’t have been so sloppy putting the streusel on top. Oh well, they still loved them and they hit the spot on this cold, rainy day in Minnesota!
