It’s hot. You need an ice cream sandwich.

Oops. They ate yours. You’d better make some!
Cut out some cookies. Any kind will do. These are my sugar cookies with candy sprinkles on top.

Bake ‘em up. Let cool. Take out some ice cream. Any flavor will do. Let it soften up a bit then put a dollop on top of each cookie.

Spread it around with a knife.

Put another cookie on top.
Roll the sides in something–anything will do.

Chocolate chips or any kind of chips. Nuts. Sprinkles. Crushed peppermints. Candy corn.
You can wrap them individually and freeze them. If you think they’ll last that long. Be realistic.
