We tried this on every cat we could get our hands on and the result was the same. We were mean little country kids with no cable tv-so you had to find entertainment where you could LOL! It worked best with baby doll bonnets that you could tie on-of course it was hard to get it back off once the cat was mad. We try to put hats (and costumes) on our dog but she gets out of them every time. We did manage to get a picture of her wearing a princess hat very similar to Coco's hat though.
