You're well stocked for the winter already..it's not going to matter how long the power is out or your roads are snowed over because you and your family will be just fine. You may have to send out CARE packages to the rest of us!!! I used to be ready for winter like that up in the mountains of BC but I haven't quite got my hubby to do that down here...now that we're on the farm we'll have a big garden next year so hopefully I'll be canning and freezing again. (Both purchased used--really good deals!) One freezer is for fruit and vegetables, with some meat, the other is purely for meat.
