I voted for you because I moved to West Virginia from a city, love to cook, wrote a romance novel (a really bad one), spin yarn, make soap & wish I had goats and chickens. I live vicariously through you on this blog, because I'm not very good at any of these things.

Good luck on the SAM E job. I've been voting and crossing my fingers for you!

I would do it pretty similar for a dry potpourri, though I'd re-dry the apples after taking them out of the freezer (just a little bit, to get the moisture from thawing back out) then probably also add some potpourri oil to bring out more scent.

Yes, you can keep it going for awhile just by adding water. After a couple days I feel like I need to put fresh apple stuff in there. I'm frugal so I stretch it as far as I can!

So what do you do when it boils down - add more water, or start all over again?

In a stupendous feat of procrastination, I just watched all 20 videos . . . There's maybe two or three people you need to be worried about, but that's all. And yours is by far the best quality video.

I absolutely loved this post. Reading your blog always brightens my day! How would you go about making dry potpourri with similar ingredients (smells :))?
