A Beautiful Bread

I just took this bread out of the oven. Now I think, what did I know about bread before? Apparently–NOTHING.



Because my bread never looked like this before. Now I begin from scratch. I have discovered true artisan bread.

The Slanted Little House

"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia.
