CITR Events Payment

This page contains all of the payments currently being accepted for CITR Events. If you did not complete the payment details when reserving a spot at any one of the CITR Events, you can do so here. Please choose the correct event.

If you’re paying on your account to any of the events, please use the Pay on Acct button.

Only use this Pay on Account button if you’ve previously made a reservation payment and are paying on your account. This button can be used for any event.






CITR Retreat 2012

More than one reservation can be paid for at one time. Please note the registrant’s name(s) at checkout or on your check/money order if different than the cardholder or check holder’s name.

Reservation Fee – $485

Your spot at the retreat will be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of $100 or by paying in full. See Cancellation Policy below.

If making a deposit today, the remaining $385 is due by July 1, 2012. Payments can be made to credit your balance at any time (by the Pay on Account button at the top of this page or by check/money order). An invoice with your balance will be emailed to you monthly as a reminder. If total payment is not received by July 1, 2012, any payments made (minus the $100 non-refundable deposit) will be returned to you, your reservation will be forfeited, and we will notify those on the waiting list.

Your spot at the retreat will be reserved with a $100 non-refundable deposit or by paying in full.


Payment Options




RV Site Reservation – $25 per day

RV site reservation is on a first-come first-served basis to the first 6 people with a confirmed payment. The RV site fee is in addition to the retreat reservation. Payment for an RV site must be made in full along with your initial deposit in order for us to hold a site for you.

If you requested an RV site on the reservation form, payment is due today. Please choose how many days you will be using the RV site.

*** CITR Retreat 2012 Cancellation Policy ***

If you need to cancel for any reason and you notify us by August 1, 2012, you will receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. In the case of any cancellation after August 1, 2012, we cannot refund your money unless we can fill your spot from our waiting list. Thank you for your understanding.
