She escaped. But we had to go move some sheep. And then we had to capture Glory Bee ALL OVER AGAIN.
But she’s locked up now.
I think.
I better go check–

"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia. The farmhouse was one hundred years old, there was already snow on the ground, and the heat was sparse-—as was the insulation. The floors weren’t even, either. I am sorry she escaped but of the two options looking at the first photo of her with a slip knot rope on her neck it was the better of the two.
You might want to consider, should you have another calf born, that the halter needs to be put on at about day one. Folks often wait till the little one is two big to train easily.

The lady at the above blog has a fantastic relationship with her cows. You should amble on over to her place and see what she does. I have klearned a lot about cows from her and I don’t even own one!!!
Glory Bee is so full of attitude. Cute though, very cute!
