I did it! I finally used my pasta maker and I made homemade ravioli! I’ll post about it as soon as I can.

Can’t wait to see – because those are the fattest dang ravioli I have ever seen. WOW!

  2. Sheryl at Providence Acres Farm says:

Wow! Those look professional!! You know…you could put anything in them, not just ravioli stuff. You could make breakfast ones with bacon and egg and green onion. You could fill them with chicken and broccoli in a white sauce or with ham and cheese too, or roast beef and cheese, or beef and mushroom or, or, or…

I should get a pasta maker.

Wow those are fat. My husband bought me a ravioli rolling pin and have never used it. Can’t wait to see how you did this.

  6. Phyllis says:

My son and I used to make at least 200 at a time and freeze them in bags of 25. Great when you want a quick meal. Just drop them in boiling water and sauce them with what ever meets your fancy. Fresh cream with cheese and basil makes a great dinner. So do chopped fresh tomatoes and herbs.

Yippeeee! :snoopy: I can’t wait to hear what you filled them with! Is it fun? Don’t you wish you tried making them sooner?
