Try Shrimp Toast on Grandmother Bread! This is the same recipe I use to make Shrimp French Bread Pizza, only using thick slices of Grandmother Bread. Serve it sliced in toast points or strips as appetizers, or in full, thick slices as shown here–add a fresh green salad and call it dinner!
