3,2,1 Cake

Little cakes that only take a minute to make!

Featured in Blog Post

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 1 per coffe mug

Prep Time: 1 minute   Cook Time: 1 minute

Ingredients

1 box angel food cake mix
1 box any other flavor cake mix
water

Directions

Mix the two cake mixes in a large zip top bag or the container of your choice. One mix MUST be angel food. When someone wants cake put 3 tablespoons of the mix into a coffee mug. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Stir until all the mix is moistened. Place in the microwave and cook for 1 minute on high. Turn onto a small plate and top with whipped topping if you choose. Or sprinkle with a little powdered sugar. Or do as my oldest does and add a scoop of ice cream. Mmmmmmm, warm cake, cold ice cream. Enjoy!
