
Wonderful flavors of ginger and garlic. Serve with cooked white rice and steamed green beans on the side. Make sure you spoon some sauce over the pork and rice before serving. Recipe can be halved and made in a smaller crock pot (3.5 quart).

8 boneless pork chops,trimmed
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup soy sauce (if prefer,use low sodium)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons garlic powder or 1 clove garlic,crushed
Directions
Place boneless pork chops into a 5 quart crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over chops, then mix well to coat. Cover crock pot and cook on low 4-6 hours or until tender.
