
My kids enjoy this spread on homemade bread, topped with a slice of tomato. Quick and easy sandwich spread for a quick and easy lunch.

Real bacon bits (or freshly cooked bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled) — I use the lower sodium variety
Ranch dressing (homemade or bottled)
Shredded cheddar or Colby cheese (optional)
Directions
Combine bacon bits and enough ranch dressing–either bottled or homemade–to get the consistency you like to spread on bread, rolls, bagels, etc.
Mix in a small amount of shredded cheddar or Colby cheese if desired.
