Moist and delicious straight out of the oven with butter on it.

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 12

Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 30 min

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix ( I used butter pecan and OMG!)
3-4 mashed bananas
3 eggs
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts ( I omitted because of the cake mix I used)

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9×13 or two loaf pans. Bake at 350 until lightly brown and when toothpick inserted will come out clean.
