Boiled Cream Frosting

Use thermometer to get to soft boil or check in a small bowl of water-a dollop of mixture.

Difficulty: Intermediate

Servings: For one cake

Prep Time: 25 minutes   Cook Time: above  

Ingredients

1 cup sugar (heaped)
1 cup whipped cream

Directions

Boil approximately 15 minutes but check in cold water for a soft ball. Very good on an angel food cake.
