Bread Machine Yeast Rolls

Put flour and yeast in bread machine pan.

Warm milk, sugar, butter and salt in pan on the stove over low heat or in a bowl in the microwave (to about 80 degrees). Pour milk/sugar/butter/salt mixture into the bread machine pan.

Add the beaten egg.

Start the dough cycle. Check on the dough as it’s kneading to make sure that all the flour is being collected from the corners. If not, use a spatula to scrape the corners. (You might also need to add milk a teaspoon at a time if the dough is too dry.)

Once the dough cycle is finished, punch the dough down and remove it from the pan. Split the dough in half and then cover it to let it rest for 10 minutes. Roll the dough into balls and put them into a greased 9×13 inch glass baking dish. Cover the dish and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.

Put the dish in an oven preheated to 375 degrees and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
