This is a dish that can either be a dessert or a salad. I’ve done it both ways. As a salad…can be put on lettuce leaves…..as dessert along side a piece of pound cake or angel food cake. I always took this to potlucks as it was easy to prepare and all seemed to like it.

Servings: 10-12 servings (large spoonfuls)

1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (any kind)
