We love this crunchy salad and call it crack slaw because once you start eating it, it’s hard to stop!
Servings: 4-8Prep Time: 15 minutes
1 small head cabbage
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 c oil (we use reg veg. oil)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp vinegar (Balsamic is great!)
1/2 c slivered almonds
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1 pkg ramen noodles
Combine sugar, oil, salt, pepper, vinegar. Pour over cabbage. Marinate at least 2 hours. Just before serving, add almonds, sunflower seeds, and ramen noodles. Toss well.
