Easy cheese ball to make. Can make it ahead! Pretty for Christmas!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: Makes 2 large balls

Ingredients

2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese
6 whole onions, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 # dried beef, chopped {from deli}
1/4 tsp. minced garlic

Directions

Mix softened cream cheese, onions, minced garlic, and Worcestershire well. Add 3/4 lb. dried beef; mix. Shape into ball or log into remaining chopped beef. Serve with crackers or veggies.

Sounds good! Am guessing that the 6 onions are the small green onions? (OK, OK, it’s just because I m NOT much of a cook! Anyone else would probably know the answer to that one!)
