
Easy chicken dinner for any ole day. Super good eatin with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans boiled on the stove with a little bacon!

Prep Time: 15 min Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minIngredients
2-3 lbs Chicken Pieces (Anything goes. Skin, no skin, bones or no bones. I love boneless skinless thighs)
Granulated Garlic
Salt
Pepper
1 Big Bottle of your Favorite BBQ Sauce about 18oz.
Directions
Heat the oven up to 350. Season chicken pieces as much or as little as you like. If using skin on pieces be sure to rub some under the skin. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish lined with foil (easier clean-up). Then cover and bake for one hour. Drain the excess juices off the chicken, then smoother it in BBQ sauce. Put it back in the oven to bake uncovered for another 20-30 min depending on the size of your chicken pieces.
