My favorite thing about summer is growing my tomatoes from seeds; watching them grow and making my favorite summer time treat/meal..Yummmo!!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 1

Ingredients

bread
tomatoes
mayo
cheese or not
salt/pepper

Directions

Lightly toast two slices of homemade bread. Spread with mayo, then top with 2 thick slices of tomato, a slice of cheese if desired, and salt and pepper.
