I would be interested in learning more about once a month cooking. I miss the days of being able to pull dinner out of the freezer and get on with my day When the kids were younger – it was easier, cook a double batch and freeze one. Now that we have 5 young adults ranging from 21yo -17yo – I have to cook a double batch just to put together a meal…
