
Homemade tastes so much better than store-bought. If you use red apples and leave the peel on, your applesauce will be pink!

Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 15-20 minutesIngredients
6 Apples; Golden Delicious or any variety that tastes good raw
¾ cup Water (up to 1 cup if needed)
¼ cup White Sugar
¼ cup Brown Sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions
1. Peel, core and cut apples into medium pieces.
2. Put in saucepan along with water, sugar and cinnamon.
3. Bring to a boil, then simmer until apples are soft.
4. Use a potato masher for chunky applesauce or a food mill for smooth
