I have this same recipe and make it every year for my daughter for Christmas. She likes it both over ice and hot. We prefer it made with milk it makes it more creamy and closest to commercial drinks. Great recipe!

I love chi tea but I cannot use coffee creamers. Do you have any suggestions for substitutes for them?

I have this recipe too and have given jars of it for gifts. I just love it! I have made it with Splenda as well for those who are limiting their sugar and it turned out fine.
