It’s hot. You need an ice cream sandwich.

Ingredients

baked cookies

ice cream

sprinkles, chocolate chips, nuts, etc

Directions

Let ice cream soften then place a spoonful on each cookie. Spread and place another cookie on top. Roll sides in sprinkles, chocolate chips, nuts, etc. Enjoy! Can be wrapped individually and frozen to make ahead.
