Does anyone have an easy recipe for Kettle Corn? I grew popcorn last year and my daughter has been begging me to make some for her.

Haven’t tried it, but this one looks really good: http://frugalliving.about.com/od/frugalfoodsrecipes/r/Kettle_Corn.htm
If you try it and it’s good, you know you have to post the recipe, right?

I’ve been making Kettle Korn ever since I discovered it at a festival. I was so happy to find it in the pre-packaged unpopped microwave things in the grocery store. What disappointment…nothing like the festival stuff. So, with several trial & error attempts, I created this recipe & have been making it ever since…we love it, hope someone else does too!
Kettle Korn ~ It is supposed to be made in a heavy pan, I use my 3 qt. revere ware pot with a tight fitting lid.
Measure 2 tablespoons of white sugar and set aside.
Measure 2 tablespoons of oil into the pot and heat over a good medium-high flame(but not high enough to really burn it).
Measure 1/4 cup unpopped popcorn.
Put 2 or 3 kernels into the oil and when they pop, quickly add the white sugar and the rest or the popcorn.
Don’t stir it, but put the cover on and keep shaking the pot over the flame till it is all stopped popping.
Quickly pour into a bowl and sprinkle liberally with salt, tossing it to distribute the salt evenly.
It will cool quickly and has a light sugary-salty flavor, with maybe a few burnt sugar pieces in it that are delishious!!!
