Krab Salad

I used to buy a salad just like this at Sam’s Club. I decided that I wanted to make it myself and after a couple of tries, this was it! Turns out that simple ingredients were the key. Sam’s version includes small salad shrimp – you can add those if you wish.

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: unlimited!

Ingredients

Imitation Crab/Krab meat (pollock), chunked or shredded
sweet onion, in 1/4″ dice
celery, in 1/4″ dice
Old Bay seasoning – only a pinch

Directions

Using only enough mayonnaise to hold everything together, mix lightly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with a few good crackers if desired. Molds easily in a cup to serve on a lettuce leaf.
