1 tsp grated lemon peel
3 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp anchovy paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 C olive oil
1 Tbs sour cream
In medium bowl, using a wire whisk, blend all the dressing ingredients except oil and sour cream. Slowly add oil, whisking constantly until smooth. Gradually add sour cream, whisking until smooth. Use immediately to dress salad or pour into container for refrigeration.
