My mom’s recipe.
Servings: Depends on how thick slices you cut.Cook Time: 1 hour
3/4 cup (2 dl) sugar
1 cup (2 1 /2 dl) flour
1/3 cup (1 dl) lingonberry
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup (1 dl) milk
Beat the eggs and sugar. Add milk, flour and baking soda and mix all together. Add lingonberry and mix carefully into a dough. Bake at 345ºF (175 ºC) for about 1 hour.
