This is my own marinade recipe.I like to use it when i am making shish-kabobs. I marinate my meat overnight.
½ C. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 ½ Tbsp. sugar
1 glove garlic (chopped)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. ginger
Mix well.You can marinate any kind of meat you like with this. Best if left overnight. You can also baste ham with this.
