  • I can’t seem to locate the recipe. I saw the picture this am and started searching and just can’t seem to locate it. Can anyone help me?

  • I like the idea of different flavors of coffee! Does it really only require 3/4 cup of flour? I am going to try this one for sure as I have buttermilk in the frig and this cake looks very moist just like I like them!

  • I love jello. Our family always has some kind of jello salad during the holidays. Thanks for sharing.

  • What a great idea. I like zucchini dipped in egg and cracker crumbs and fried in butter. This takes it to a whole new level!

  • Is there anyway to correct the ingredients so it is easier for people to read and understand?

  • I am so sorry about leaving the most important part out of this recipe. I use at least 1 12qz bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian dressing and sometimes do need to add a bit more and I use 1/2 of the 2.75oz size of Johnny’s Salad Elegance which is usually in the larger grocery stores. […]

  • Cut the cucumbers, peppers and onions into pieces about the size or perhaps a bit larger then the pasta. Add the Italian Salad Dressing and the Johnny’s Salad Elegance. Allow to sit in the frig for several hours for the flavors to blend. I usually add 1 can of drained medium olives and sometimes add […]

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease two 9-inch loaf pans; set aside. In mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla. Continue beating until mixture is thick and foamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. In second bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts. Add to […]

  • Looks really yummy. I am going to post another one for you to try if you would like!

  • Hi Pete! There are dozens of recipes out there for these muffins, and if I remember, she added the raisins when she made them. I remember her using two kinds of cereal so that is why I choose this recipe. Check out the attribution link, I think you will enjoy all the recipes!

  • Pour hot water over cereal. Add buttermilk and sugar. Beat eggs and add to cereal. Add shortening. Add flour, soda and salt and stir just until mixed. Do not over mix. Put in jars and store in refrigerator. Makes 6 dozen muffins. Keeps 5 to 6 weeks. Do not stir when taking out. Bake in […]

  • We had a Victorian Tea Party for my daughter at an old mansion right before Chrismas. The great thing was that it was decorated so we didn’t have to do a thing! We were served cucumber sandwiches, tea breads, tiny cookies, and a bit of fresh fruit and of course we brought the cake. Very […]

  • Combine ingredients for crust and mix well. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix filling ingredients and pour onto slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar! I use Real Lemon or freshly squeezed and strained lemon juice and add […]

  • Thanks for asking Pete! I purchase a complete mix that is quite good but expensive. It has powdered eggs, powdered milk and some kind of fat as well. I have searched the internet and never really found one like the packaged ones, so was just seeing if anyone has ever seen or has one that […]

  • Searching for a pancake mix that only requires water. Anyone have one?
