After a trip to Smart and Final, I now have saf-instant yeast (1lb), Red Star Active Dry Yeast (2lbs), 5lbs KAF Whole Wheat Flour, 5lbs KAF 100% Whole Wheat Flour, and 10lbs of All Purpose Flour.   • Great ideas folks! I will try out the recipes and I am going to dice and freeze – maybe even dry the first batch of onions – they are starting to go – and there is NO room in the fridge for them. LOL

    Well, I will be off in June also and am in East county too. Lemon Grove to be exact. Yes, I am using Grandmother bread recipe. This weekend I used and dobled her pizza dough variation and made 2 small pizzas, saved the other half and made pepperoni rolls and breadsticks on Saturday.     • Are you using Suzannes “Grandmother bread” recipe? I have this on my “to do list” as soon as I stop working in June. Also I’m happy to see another San Diegan here. I’m in East county.
