I found this recipe online, I am pie crust challenged! My Mom and Sister always made the best crust, I don’t think I have the patience, but I am still going to give it a go! This is fast and easy and is great for a quiche.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 8
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutesIngredients
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of oil ( any oil will work EXCEPT OLIVE OIL!)
2 Tablespoons of very cold milk or soy milk
Directions
Combine flour, salt and sugar in pie pan. Beat oil and milk until blended and pour over flour mix. Mix just enough to moisten dough. Press dough into place.
Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes.
This can be done in any pan, I triple this recipe for quiche in a 13×9 pan and also do the same doubled for fresh berry Tarts in a spring form pan.

I used this recipe to make the crust for a blueberry crumb pie. Very easy to make. The dough was much different than I expected but it baked up very flaky and tasted wonderful. I’ll definitely be using this again. Thanks for the great recipe.

This is an awesome crust. It is my go to crust when I am in a pinch. None of that pea size balls and ice water crap. hahaha! Makes a very flaky and flavorful crust!
