
Good on pork and sandwiches.

Ingredients
1 peck pears (8 quart water bucket) peeled and cored.
6 medium bell peppers
2 Tablespoons mixed Pickling Spice (place in muslin bag)
5 medium onions
2 pounds sugar
1 Tablespoon Turmeric
2 Tablespoons Clear Jel
1 Tablespoon canning salt
4 cups vinegar
Directions
Remove seeds from bell peppers and grind. Drain juice from peppers but allow juices of other ingredients to remain in mixture. Grind pears and onions in food chopper/grinder. Combine all ingredients and cook 30 minutes. Pack in hot pint jars, adjust lids and rings. Process 10 minutes in Boiling Water Bath.
