I have a non-potato salad person in the house, so I had to come up with a tasty way to make potatoes when we’re cooking out — added some zip with some dressing.
This also works good when you’re camping, you can put the foil wrapped potatoes right down in the coals (I double wrap them).
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: Varies
Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 30 minIngredients
Potatoes, diced (I leave peelings on)
Spicy Italian Dressing or Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb Marinade (enough to coat potatoes)
Directions
Place potatoes in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and mix together well.
Wrap in aluminum foil, crimping edges together well.
Place on grill off to the side, leaving room for your meat. Cook for about 30 minutes, flipping over every 5 minutes or so.
