Ravioli Lasagna

Not quite sure where or when I got this recipe, but it is good for something in a hurry.

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 6-8

Prep Time: 15 minutes   Cook Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

1 package frozen cheese filled Ravioli
1 jar (28 oz) Pasta Sauce
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 deg.

Brown ground beef in skillet.

Spoon 1 cup sauce onto bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Layer 1/2 of the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce. Cover with 1/2 of the ground beef and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover with 1 cup sauce and repeat layering with ravioli and ground beef and top with remaining sauce (be sure sauce covers ravioli).

Bake, covered with foil, for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and bake, uncovered, until cheese is brown and bubbly (about 5 minutes). Garnish lasagna with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
