Ingredients

1 cup egg whites (about 7 eggs)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups pecans or walnuts
1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 450°.

Line pie shell with double thickness of aluminum foil and bake for 8 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 4 more minutes or until slightly brown…do not over bake! Cool pie shell.

Reduce oven temperature to 350°.

Combine sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans or walnuts and coconut in bowl.
