Simple FRESH Salsa

Very mild and fresh salsa, very few and very easy ingredients!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: a big ol' bag of chips!

Prep Time: 20 minutes

6 – 8 Roma tomatoes
2 medium jalapenos
1/2 or 1 whole red onion (preference)
large bunch of cilantro
1 clove garlic
4 – 5 limes
*Sugar (preference)

Squeeze, drain and dice tomatoes (small dice).
Peel and dice red onion.
Dice/de-seed (unless you like heat!) jalapenos.
Smash and chop garlic clove.
Wash and chop cilantro.
Halve limes.

Mix tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, garlic and cilantro in large bowl, sprinkle in all cilantro and squeeze juice of limes into salsa. Season with salt and mix. Cover and chill for 2 hours in refrigerator to blend flavors.

*a teaspoon of sugar can be added if preferred.
