Fabulous and a big hit at all get-togethers and there are never any left! The brown sugar melts onto the bacon and you cannot even tell that you used it.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 50
Prep Time: 15-20 minutes Cook Time: 15-20 minutesIngredients
2 packages Lil Smokies from Hillshire
1 package of bacon (thin sliced)
1 box dark brown sugar
Directions
Cut each piece of bacon into 3 sections. Just lay the slice out and cut it into thirds. Wrap each smokie with one of the strips and place onto a baking sheet covered with foil. Cover smokies with the ENTIRE box of brown sugar and bake at 350 until the bacon sizzles and is crispy. This does not take long. These are a huge hit and go very quickly at parties. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Just a question about these…after they come out of the oven, do you think they could go into a crock pot to be kept warm and/or transported to a party?
