
Easy and a crowd pleaser. Goes well at any gathering or party.

Prep Time: 30 minutes Cook Time: Stand time 4 hrsIngredients
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 cup finely shredded Smoked Gouda cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 Tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce for Chicken
2 slices crispy bacon, chopped
2 Tablespoons thinly sliced green onion (white to light green only)
2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup chopped Smoked Almonds
Directions
In large bowl, let cream cheese, shredded cheese, and butter stand at room temperatauare for 30 minutes.
Add milk and Worchestershire sauce. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in bacon, green onions and dill.
Cover and chill for 4 hrs or overnight.
Before serving shape mixture into a ball, roll in nuts and let stand 15 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
