
This is an easy sloppy joe recipe that is different than the tomato-y sauces that are normally out there. This recipe makes a lot, but freezes well too!

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 45 minutesIngredients
2 pounds ground beef (85%)
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (about 19 oz. can) chicken gumbo soup
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 cans (8 oz. can) tomato sauce (add a bit at a time until desired consistency)
Directions
Brown meat, add onions. Cook until onions are golden. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 30-45 minutes.
Serves 15-20 (can be cut in half). Freezes well.
