Strawberry Lemonade to Can

This recipe is a snap if you have a Steam Juicer to juice the berries and it’s concentrated enough that you can use 2 parts of the lemonade to 1 part water.
Delicious!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 9 quarts

Ingredients

3 quarts strawberry juice
3 cups bottled lemon juice
6 cups sugar
4 quarts water

Directions

Heat together, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Heat, but do not boil.
Pour into hot jars leaving 1/4″  head space, cap. Process in Boiling Water Bath for 15 minutes.
