These are our favorite finger food for Super Bowl parties. Easy to make and take, yummy to eat.

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: many

Prep Time: 20 minutes   Cook Time: none

Ingredients

Flour Tortillas
Sm. container of sour cream
1/2 box of cream cheese
1 jar of dried beef
jalapenos
green onions
herb seasoning

Directions

Take fresh flour tortillas, spread the sour cream/cream cheese mix on top, place a single layer of dried beef (the kind you get in a jar) over the cheeses spread, top that with either sliced jalapenos or green onions. Roll up the tortilla and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour, over night is best. Just before serving remove the tortilla from the refrigerator and slice in about 1/2 inch slices. Arrange on plate and serve. These are usually the first to go. The sour cream/cream cheese mix can be used plain or you can add your favorite herb seasoning to it before spreading. Have your cream cheese at room temp for ease of mixing and spreading.
